Shipping - Basics
We deliver throughout Western Australia!
These babies are perishables so the quicker their transit on the way to you the happier the plant. For this reason we only ship express, and only on Mondays and Tuesdays (excluding public holidays). This is to avoid hold ups with packaged plants in limbo over weekends and holidays.
Order processing:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are generally not shipped Thursday to Sunday or delivered on public holidays.
If we foresee any significant delays with shipping we will contact you by email or phone. For example we might delay shipping a day or two over hot days so plants are not stressed while in transit.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
You can expect your new plants to be at your door between 1 and 7 days from ordering - depending on your postcode.
Expect express shipping to take 1 business day in the Perth metro area and up to 3 business days to rural areas.

How long will my plant(s) take to arrive?All orders at Jungle Divine are processed within 2-3 days of placement and shipped via Express. We only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (excluding public holidays) so that your plant doesn’t have to spend too long in the dark.

How do I redeem a Gift Card?When you go to the Cart, select the green Checkout button. Once you have entered your Shipping and Delivery details, you can tick the box next to Redeem a Gift Card in the Payment section, and enter your Gift Card code.

Are my plant(s) posted in a pot?Of course! All plants are packaged and shipped in their pots. Our plants seem pretty happy in their pots so we leave them that way when we send them to you.

How much does shipping cost?A flat rate of $15 AUD incl GST is charged for express shipping 1 plant. A flat rate of $20 AUD incl GST is charged for express shipping every 2-5 plants. A flat rate of $30 AUD incl GST is charged for express shipping every 5-10 plants. See further information here in our shipping – basics section.

Can I pick up my plant locally?At this stage you cannot pick up your plant locally.

How do I find out as soon as new plants become available for sale?Check our website regularly as we update our stock every week! Also, sign up to be notified when we bring out new stock so you are the first to know!

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?Don’t panic! Just contact us at jungledivine@outlook.com and we will track it down for you.

Will my plants arrive together?We ship our plants in individual boxes. Orders for multiple plants will be grouped together depending upon the number of plants ordered. So, when grouped they will arrive together but they may also arrive separately.

Will my plant(s) look the same as in the pictures on the Jungle Divine website?We make every effort to ensure that every plant we send it as stunning as those in the pictures above. However, as we are dealing with plants there will always be natural variety and differences between each one. That's what makes them special!

Will my plant(s) be delivered in the same colour pot as in the pictures on the Jungle Divine website?Your plants may arrive in any colour pot but for multiple orders will usually be the same. We would rather make use of the pots we have (whatever the colour) than generate more plastic than necessary.

Is my payment transaction secure?Absolutely. We do not store any of your payment details or credit card information. At checkout you'll be redirected to PayPal, where you can pay with credit card or a PayPal account.
